As someone with more than 20 years in the fine jewelry industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many talented designers. I met Caroline Campbell while we were studying jewelry CAD together in California in 2025, and she immediately stood out as one of the brightest and most gifted students in our class.

Before studying CAD, she had already earned her certification as a gemologist, and it was obvious from the very beginning that she possessed an exceptional understanding of gemstones and fine jewelry. Her technical knowledge, combined with her design ability, gave her a level of insight that was well beyond her years.

Although she was one of the youngest students, her talent, work ethic, and professionalism were truly remarkable. She has an exceptional eye for detail and approaches every design with precision, creativity, and genuine care. During our time together, she was always willing to help others, and her kindness and patience made her a pleasure to learn alongside.

Since completing the program, we’ve stayed in touch professionally. I’ve trusted her to review several of my CAD projects, and she’s also completed freelance work for the boutique I work with. Her work has always been thoughtful, meticulous, and delivered with a level of quality that reflects her commitment to excellence.

Just as importantly, she is dependable, honest, and an absolute joy to work with. Those qualities are just as valuable as technical skills in our industry.
